Justin Sonfield's soul is still in uptown New Orleans where he was born and raised. The inevitable post-high school journey that led him across the Eastern US has ended (for now) in New York City. His deeply artistic roots from the bayou still drive his dynamic photos. Justin is often spotted with a camera in one hand and a guitar in the other (as part of three local Atlanta bands - Nillah, Blake Rainey and His Demons, and The Whiskey Theory).  His insight into the inner-workings of band life ( scary stuff! ) means straightforward photo shoots and clear direction to help you portray your band's personality. An up-and-coming fashion and wedding photographer and videographer, his early work holds great promise for a strong future.

Professional Portraits

Aspiring models, hip couples, bands, actors, seniors... Brilliant Shadow Photography produces unique edgy images that transcend the typical.

Setup: Our mobile studio will travel within a 25 miles radius of New York without additional travel charges. We book by the hour so that we can shoot as many locations as time allows.

Pricing: Our pricing starts at $200 for a two-hour shoot, plus $40 for each additional hour.

Delivery: Your images will be delivered on a CD/DVD in low-resolution for proofing. These images will include basic digital development. Your print selections will then be carefully edited and prepared for the high-resolution output that quality prints require. Additional treatments (black & white, major touch ups, head swaps, etc.) are billed as extra.Professional Portraits
